Not literally of course, but you may have noticed that when googling (yes, it's a verb) someone's name, LinkedIn is typically the first result. Since using Google to check someone out has become oddly normal, it's a good idea to scrub your profile and make sure it properly projects your personal brand. It's also a good idea to load up on recommendations, as anyone who wanders into your profile will see them.
